Michael Shah has over 20 years of experience in accounting, strategic planning, budgeting, family wealth building, estate planning and tax planning. He specializes in individual taxation and business taxation, including closely held businesses, C Corporations, S Corporations, Partnerships, and Limited Liability Companies. He is well versed in nonprofit accounting and church accounting. He is also knowledgeable in information technology matters, social media and internal controls. Michael enjoys working on consulting engagements with the financial services industry. He served as a Founder and Director of Pacific Valley Bank and was an IT consultant to the bank. Michael is an active member of the California Society of CPAs, is a Rotarian and a Paul Harris Fellow and is actively involved in the local Salinas community. |
