Neil Shah has over 5 years of experience in accounting, consulting, estate planning, family wealth building and taxation. Neil enjoys helping clients with individual and business taxations issues focusing on Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies, S Corporations and C Corporations. He thrives on technical tax research matters and advanced corporate taxation issues dealing with the tax consequences of formation, corporate distributions, and mergers and acquisitions. Neil also has experience with the tax consequences of a divorce. Before joining Stevens, Sloan & Shah CPAs full time, Neil briefly interned at Crowe Horwath, LLP, Sacramento, assisting in nonprofit, California public school and employee benefit plan audits, focusing on evaluating internal controls. Neil is an active member of the California Society of CPAs. |
